First I thought perhaps I should just try pushing it to local real estate companies in town, maybe hire a sales guy to go around and test the waters with it. I mean, surly there would be a real estate company or agent in Naples that could put the site to good use, no?

Now I’ve been thinking it may be better for me to create an auction system and charge a small fee, maybe $10-$20, and let Realtors post their own homes for sale. I can’t really get into the details without giving too much away but there is a site that’s doing this right now with huge success only in a different niche, the web design niche to be exact.

So that’s all really, just thinking out loud.
